Known as the ‘workhorse’ of the north, the Beaver has proven itself as a safe, reliable aircraft. The Air service is located on Government Lake, a short distance from Hornepayne. To get to the Air base take First St. through Hornepayne to Government Lake Rd.(Third Ave.) Turn left on Government Lake Rd. continue out of town, the road changes to gravel, travel 4 miles, turn right at the Forde Lake Air Service sign and check in at the office. The staff will direct you where to unload  baggage and park your vehicle. Guests are allowed 75 lbs of gear per person and all baggage is weighed before being loaded on the plane. Flights into Timberwolf begin at 8:00 am, guests should arrive before to allow time for check in. The flight to Nagagami lake takes approximately 15 to 20 minutes. When you arrive at Timberwolf Lodge, our staff will be waiting to help you off the plane and bring your gear to your room.
